In this interactive live cooking demonstration, a Migrateful Chef will show how to prepare a traditional taster menu of authentic dishes from their home cuisine. While preparing these dishes, they will share stories and insights on their culture, recipes, ingredients, techniques and more. At the end of the session, everyone will get a chance to ask questions and take home copies of the recipes to replicate at home what they have learned.
This is an opportunity to explore a culture and its cuisine, encourage conversations, build connections, as well as learn from and celebrate people from the refugee community.
